It's not just about how many push ups. Abs. Or Reps you do. It's about nutrition. Aka Fuel. Now what you may not know. Is fuel is also a form of "energy" . Yes, like gas emissions. No! Ha! But sorta..
Your foods will either be on a high or low vibe scale. And what you put in to your mouth will determine what your soul system and energy field is filled w/ to.
Most people don't realize if you eat chips. Even though it's once a month and you do not clear the energy vibe of low vibe chips out. You still carry it. Even though you may eat healthy. You have to eat super healthy and superrrrr clean to counter act it and knock it out w/ out using a clearing tool to clear it out of your physical and energetic vessel.
Now not ONLY is Nutrition 80+% of your bodies appearance results. Different nutrition will get your physique different results. Eg. more or muscle bulk. Less and lean. Toned and tiny. Toned and more meaty. Curvy. Toned and curvy. Lean and curvy. Tiny and curvy.
You can change your physique look w/ your nutrition. (and different types of exercises)
BUT, you can also improve or not your soul energy health too.
It's also a form of "communication" w/ YOUR Body and w/ God. Communicating to your body how it needs to respond. And w/ God by action. So he knows what he can trust you w/ task wise and what you are ready w/ and for. And where you're at in your development.
As mentioned, nutrition is not only 80+ % of how you want your body to look and feel. BUT, it also has a lot to do w/ HIGH vibe and feeding your soul energy wise.
Did you know God Holy Spirit Spirit and your guides and angels will only use your vessel and communicate w/ you on high levels frequencies dimensions and the "cool" stuff. When your body is clean. (Especially God n Holy Spirit)
The cleaner and purer you are the more God can trust you and work w/ you and through you. As that shows him you are putting forth your best!
It's an "HONOR' that your work diligently to attain.
As for Source n Universe and your Guides and Angels. They'll know you are receptive. Which makes it worth while when God delegates a message to them. You will get it w/ ease(ier).
