T Talk! It's about time..
Welcome to my blog! I'm super excited to have 1 place to let it all out. Ha Ha! Not sure what took so long or how come I chose to paper pen everything vs blog it. But that's okay, now we
are here. This a place for me to speak the #Truth, share what's on my mind, experiences, and
well whatever I feel guided to write about that moment. From A-Z there is never a dull
moment. Plus, so many people ask me the same Q's so I figured why not put the answers out here. I guess blogging is no different then journaling which is one of my favorite things to do.
You gotta get it OUT! No need to suppress, hold in or carry around anything that weights you down or is a form of growing, learning or even develop into a BRILLIANT idea! So my 1st
#Tip and something I do is TOTALLY recommend getting a journal. Even if you just doodle.
"auto-matic" writing or doodling is super "Zen"ing, to. Yes, I just made that word up but you know what I mean so it's ALL good. Sometimes people say.. What do I write? Um.. whatever you are feeling. Experienced. A thought. An idea. A doodle. When the pen hits the paper you never know what may come out! Happy Journaling!!!
