Now this is workin it! I love multi-body part moves cause they engage the core and save time. This is no joke! Just in case you are outdoors and have a set of db's in your purse. This is TOTAL Body Advanced. Beginners start w/ body weight. (hahaha could you imagine someone walking around w/ db's in their purse) PLUS, it keeps your mind workin it too. 12 reps each move/direction. 3..2..1.. How was that? #fitfam#accountability
