5 Sunday Prep Tips for a week of Fitness Nutrition Mastery

HOW to prep for a successful week of fitness and nutrition.. That is Q! This MY A:

‎It's more then just the food. It's about a flow that is quick, simple, feels good, fits your schedule YOUR way! Given sometimes people are strong at "winging" it. It's not a common a trait. Plus being prepped helps to put your mind at ease. So you can focus on what needs to be each day.

1) MAP OUT YOUR WORKOUTS - write them down on your tracker for the week and leave the rest days up to life. Otherwise plow throw each workout. By this I mean if you are on a roll keep going and take your "REST" at the end of the week vs interrupting your HOT STREAK! By doing this you are sub-consciously and higher selfly (lol totally made that word up) committing to your workouts all week. The decision is made. Which helps lift you through to completion. It's done you already decided, set it, completed it.

2) PULL YOUR CLOTHES - or prep a bag according to your weeks agenda. Being pro-active and prepared is being responsible for you, your word, health and love for yourself. ***This therefore rubs off on those around you creating a great flow of people far surpassing theirs goals. Even lay your cloths out w/ a post it that says NO sitting GO Workout! If you get stuck in that "sitting down" when you get home trap. Trap PROOF yourself. Lol (Use the words that work for you)

3) FOOD - Yes, food prep is HUMUNGO! Get it, learn it, love it and appreciate how much time it saves you. At least 10 hrs each week AT LEAST! I mean 1-2 hr for a 10 hr slot opening during the week is GINORMOUS!!! 4) LIQUIDS & Shakers - Shaker cups and water bottles - you can always have more! Make sure they are all clean and ready. I prefer metal water bottles. You can even go as far as to portion them w/ packets or the dry ingredients. At 1 point I was going going through 5 shakers and 2 water bottles a day! That's in my heavy lifting season. But generally 1-3 of each daily! For your 1 a day shakeology, your Supplements. When health is a lifestyle it's like brushing your teeth and bathing. Lol

Water - It's not only responsible for flushing out your system and keeping it clean and filtered but it helps with MORE ENERGY! Seeings how you are made up of water in a mass proportions. It would make sense that it is so important. If you are already covering your water intake per day, good stuff! Most people are not huge on the H20 it takes time for you and your palette to adjust. But I promise you will get to a point where anything heavily chemical or sugared will completely gross you out. And a glass of water will make you jump for sheer JOY! Hahaha Start w/ 1 more glass a day each week.

Other liquids - such as no sugar organic juices, iced or warms teas (caffeine free) , and water flavors. Making your OWN Green Tea Lemonade vs the over priced cup of Ice at Starbucks. Pick a flavor ( I really like the mojito green tea w/ organic lemonade) Or pick and squeeze lemons from an orchard and sweeten w/ a natural sweetener. That's a JUG for $4 vs a 1/2 Cup for $4.

Pour some in your own to-go and GO!

5) Less thinking MORE doing - If you can sorta zone out while you are doing this prep and imagine it running smoothly in your thoughts/minds eye. You'll start to build strength and connection from your higher self. Which increases the power and flow of willpower, follow through and integrity for yourself. This also, sorta like disengages any consciousness muddlefuddle that may try to interfere or interrupt. (Same concept of doing cardio early before the brain realizes what you're up to) Its how I found after years of research studying and self experiencing to claim back your VICTORY from a higher place! Like a transition period. Then the day will come you'll realize, wow! I love prepping. Double Duty! (You may want to follow your flow guide intuition that works for you and make you own version. In fact I highly recommend that. Nonetheless, these are my fav 5 most successful long term to-dos that have brought me great success year after year.

So that covers it.. The physical, mental, emotional, food, soul, energy and an EXTRA does of responsible self love for a productive week! Let's DO THIS..
