Everyone grab a ball and LIFT! Lol Love these for core, back, legs, booty to really get in there and tighten, strengthen and lean your body. Add these at the END of your already scheduled workout. Aim for 30 reps, hold UP for 1 min at the end. 3...2...1 GO..#fitfam #accountability
