This is a good series to do right before you go to the beach or are going to wear short shorts! Lol It stretches, it's strengthens and last minute lifts the booty and firms the legs. Grab your friends to chat while you burn the bagezzus outta your legs! haha Aim for 2 mins each move as many as you can. Then drop a downward dog to stretch it out. *thumbs up*
