Food - Portion - BLT Supreme

BRUNCHIE!! The BLT Supreme... is what I call it. 2 slices of multi grain, 3 strips of turkey bacon or temper bacon (yum) , tomato slices, lettuce, avocado, clean mayo, grain mustard w/ cheddar! Psst.. this actually fits in into 2 carbs/yellow 1 veggie/green 1 protein/red, 1 healthy fat/blue, 2 oils.

AND the whole point of this meal is enjoying it w/ some quality time w/ someone you love. What I call a "slow" meal. Eat. Chat. Laugh. ENJOY!

Oh and for the record.

You can still EAT bread and have abs.

Just NOT everyday or a whole loaf!
