You are never "broken" you are ONLY ever whole.

Energy Toxins
Separation or "Brokenness" Illusion
(Let's be "REAL" here. The darkness isn't smart enough to conjur up something more than deciet and lies - Hahaha Nice try but No "I AM Whole")
The #Truth is God made you to be whole always!
NO MATTER WHAT.
You come from No Matter What Love.
You were created from No Matter What Love.
You ARE No Matter What Love.
Therefore you deserve NO Matter What Love.
EVEN if you are not "feeling" whole.
In fact! That's when you deserve require and need No Matter What Love the MOST.
So reeeeeemember that each time you go forth and set a new goal. Make your next "attainment" about the WHOLE. Body Mind and ESPECIALLY Soul! After all that's "your" ever after light body. Verses your vessel which has a shelf life.
So instead of making it about the "Abs" .
Making about the love of you and those around you to feel amazing. To lead powerfully from FULL truth from the heart. And to grow and have the whole package. ABS included. That's when everything you ever wanted and more comes in FAST!
