3D Nutrition vs 5D Nutrition
The #Truth less (certain) food it require to operate your "more" "light" body at the same or better optimal level. It's a progression in transcendence. Or ascension.
If your soul health and energy is high vibe and pure. Your body will reflect that.
Therefore needing less certain foods. Some more on some days and less on others.
Some may refer to it as intuitive eating.
I call it Portion Eating vs Guided Eating
In 3D you most definitely gotta portion it up. Track your foods. Do your daily workout regime etc.
HOWEVER..
When you start to ad spirituality and energy clearing. Your vessel becomes more light. It's not because "Spiritual" people "like" yoga thats they ONLY reason they do it. It's cause it offers the body stretch strength health other benefits that's are less outter physical as it do not require it as much.
Now as someone who lifted weights and was diligent and dedicated to my daily/weekly beachbody home workouts for 10yrs. I can say this.. Have you ever tried lifting weights w/ a super light body?!?! hahahahahahahahahahah
Let's say this.. is you are more drawn to a yoga or more barre or a less aggressive sort of workout.
Same w/ your food!
What once was chicken veg and rice is now veg tofu or grains. IF that. Some days you eat more that others or you fast and liquid it. Not always planned but cause that is what your body is saying it is needing. More high vibe lighter food.
Vs healthy but grounding food. Like bread meat.
There is so many tips tool and ways to communicate w/ your body from a higher up spiritual energy soul system level to process foods accordingly. Faster slower what purpose outcome your want. Just sooo much coolness!
So the Q I get asked.. Do you still do both. Well at the time of writing this I've been one 6 plus month w/ only guided eating. Now, does that mean in the future I may need to portion it out? Sure! If I'm doing more vigorous activity sure?
May I just be fully guided to eat as I go? Sure!
It's all a progression and these are ALL wonderful tools I stand by and use(d) along the way to higher living.
