There is no time to mess around today! ONLY time for FUN and Sweat! Lol ...well, and some major eye-leg coordination. Might as well workout your brain aka your main circuit board while you're at it! Don't have a stepper? Improvise.. use a rope or an imaginary line or two dbs a bit up in front of you to mark your jumps.. This is HIIT w/ 2 mins each move 30 secs rest, yes you can do it! Anddd.. GO! #fitfam #accountability
