How to get motivated or stay motivated. Well, it takes a bit more then just a few phrases. Although they help. Watching others isn't going to get the job done but it will burn your alotted time to workout. Lol I guess a tough dose of #Truth is that either you do it or don't. Working out really comes down to if you want to live in a clean healthy luxurious good vibed house? Or a dirty dilapidated one. Your body is your 1st "house" so to speak and then your "roof" home. It's really quite simple. You JUST #Nike it! BOOM! The END. Lol Could you imagine if I just ended this post here...
You either do it from a place of love and feel good or your don't and let the eee ggg oh! win another round w/ the duality game of fear vs love. It's that simple. IDK about you but put that way, I choose LOVE EVERYTIME! Slap fear in that face w/ a fish. Working out is loving yourself. Working out means you care about yourself. Working out means you care about the body you have to live in. Working out means you care about others as you want to be and feel your best. Working out means you want to have amazing mental health and stamina. Working out
is part of living. That's like asking your car. "Hey I don't feel like putting gas in you today or washing the dirt of the windshield. Will you still run and take me to work on time even though I can't see through the mud." Um.. no... FLIP THE SWITCH! Now lets see it for ALL the possibilities,
more opportunity cause you have energy and show the universe you can be trusted, wearing clothes you want to wear, not having to change 100x before leaving the house, feeling good, being healthy. What if you started or used this lil trick on the days you are unmotivated. Instead of working out to look different on the outside why no try focusing on doing it to feel GOOD! Healthy! That works out the will power, drive, self-love and shuts the eee ggg oh! down. Did you
know energetically each time you make the not ideal choice it takes you 10 undoings back. But if you do 1 fwd, 1 fwd, 1 fwd you are 3 fwd!? I KNOWWWWWW, right!? Again, where is this lesson in school. The point is, either way there is going to be a million left reasons or a million right ones. See how much time it took to focus on this. When a workout can be done already.
Get it done. Workout. Workout. Workout. Lol Here's a lil #Tip Trick Take a blank piece of paper and write "workout" in the middle of it. Then take another and write "workout" plus the next 10 things that pop into your mind. Which paper makes wanting to workout easier? The simple one! EXACTLY.. That's the same concept w/ excuses, reason, waiting for a certain something like motivation. REPEAT: I am going to go workout! Then go, if some other head garbage comes up just..shush, zip, not interested just keep cutting it off and go! That's you claiming back your power to make it easier to workout 1 step at a time. Then you will look forward to it EVERY day!
