#MoveItMonday - Soccer ball cardio
Let's GO!!! I'm kicking up the cardio to shed out those hard earned muscles we've been building. Lean it out w/ cardio and hiits 4 x a week. Make sure to keep a day in between hiits. It's hot out today here. So grab a ball, some SUMMER TUNES and GO! 1 min of each move - back to back - REST for 2 mins then R-E-P-E-A-T! Ready? Give'errrr... #fitfam #accountability
