#WorkItWednesday Woop whoop!! Love this series.. Triceps, core, abs! This is Super Advanced but give it a go no matter what "level" you think you are at. Aim for 10 reps on each side. If you have to start on your knees for tricep push up. Do that! Then up in plank and continue w/ the flow. Ready? Set! Go...#fitfam #accountability
