#MoveItMonday IDK about you! But this is by far my FAV Advanced Leg DAY move, EVER!!! If you are not huffing, puffing, droppin word bombs. Lol You are not human! Hahaha There is NO better way to jolt your body on a Monday and zap those cals then a heavy leg day. Beginners start with body weight, intermed/advanced 10-15lb min. FORM aka knee above ankle. Holy hanna, my legs are already shakin with anticipation of results! Let's do this.. 15 reps each leg. Rest 2mins. Repeat! Muwahahaa.. GO! #fitfam #accountability
