#WorkItWednesday Is there really such thing as too much leg booty workouts when shorts season is coming? I think NOT. These are my FAV's! To really kick it up w/ some more balance and core. When you come up right crunch the leg lifting back to your abs. Like a teeter tooter. Oh and go HEAVY! 15 reps each leg 2x. AND, remember to downward dog after so you can walk tomorrow.. ;) GO!!! #fitfam#accountability
