Raising your food vibe helps w/ weight loss~


Raising your vibe is key to successful smooth steady long term weight body health. Higher the vibe the higher and faster your body processes food accordingly. Sorta, like guided eating. But to achieve this. It comes in steps and phases of learning "your" body and basic clean eating (still enjoy) portioned fun balanced food.

Now, eating "healthy" is actually more affordable than not. I did some research and experiencing w/ myself over the years and I can healthy feed myself guided (when I have lots of spiritual energy work to be done) OR daily and workout nutrition. (which portion fix is my go to and recommend to EVERYONE to learn basic food'ing 101 for life)

How does this work. Raising your vibe can be done various ways. But for the sake of this post focused on nutrition. Foods is a #1 to start. Superfoods don't just have a "fancy" name so people can tell you to eat them. Haha They are SUPER cause they are vibe and hold a powerful uniqueness to them. (Every time you ingest something not natural it comes w/ a consequence. A low vibe which you then attract. Eg. Fast Foot. Mono-fat-cells Lowest vibe of all is like a stagnant d*ath vibe - so what do you get - stagnant d*ath vibe obesity and other issues cause the body is saying "hey! Stop poising me or I will continue to show you how unhappy I am w/ you". Nothing is "wrong"It's the body God made for you to live in. Its the "low vibe" choices you fill it with.) The flip side "MY" fav! Fill your body w/ "+" high vibe nutrition and foods (such as Shakeology (get my fav recipe here: tkfitclub.com/nutrition) - 1 a day and it's yummy for any flavor palette great for a daily dessert swap) and it will thank you by reflecting that and feeling better. Take this perception upgrade as a way to by pass the "ego". and "excuses" and use the basic + and -. Fill up on more +'s and you will get more results. It's that simple. Anything to w/ meat or hard dairy or processed anything is low vibe. Fruits veggies grains even eggs are ok too. (Eggs are a medium vibe same w/ milk) Eg. Pineapple - YUM! Pineapple is like eating liquid sunshine it's so pure high of high vibe energy you feel happy eating it.

So fill up on the high vibes and positives to make your results permanent and easier to achieve.
