A salad a day!
That's my motto. I LOVE salads and missing a few makes my body not so happy. Let's keep this short n mouth drooling! I wanted to share my top salad #tips and a few YUMMY recipes.. 1) No need for your salad to take a swim. Keep dressing to a minimal or on the side. 2) Use good toppers so you're excited to eat nuts, seeds, veggies, fruits, proteins, herbs, good fats.. The more flavor the less dressing needed. 3) Of course make sure to Portion Fix them out, as you can over do it on healthy food too. 4) Prep them so you have lunch or din din ready. Nothing says.. "No thanks" when you are hungry then chopping veggies. Haha There is no need to ever eat boring or bland food to get to or maintain a healthy fit figure, ever!
