Is it SERIOUSLY a "process"?


P-R-O-C-E-S-S! <--- that word! That used to make me ROLL my EYES! Not only that it was like I'd grudge and instantly dislike the person who was using it regarding some change or betterment I was going through. I mean, "YO!" we're super powerful, I feel like I should be able to *snap* my fingers and POOF! Right in front of you the manifested miraculous "THING" you wanted. Yeah, no, not in Planet 3D. EVERYTHING is a process.. Eeek! Don't grudge or dislike cause I said that. Hahaha Here's the thing.. we gotta get realistic. Changing your nutrition, working out, building your dream life, reaching your goals, dreams and God given hearts desires. It all comes w/ work. AND lot's of undoing and untangling BEFORE the redoing and re aligning. It's not the work "to-do" what you want that's hard. It's ALL the nonsense that needs undoing that is.

Ummm, yeah! Who built this ridiculous school system (no comment) WTHeck, doesn't anyone tell you that in HS!? Or Jr. High! *exhale* Okay, so now that we've accepted this.. (by default lol)

Here's a few tips that helped me way back when to get started. 1) Categorize based on life area when writing down your wants/hopes/dreams/goal (this is the ONLY time I'd recommend categorizing anything. Simply for organization purposes and quick easy reference so you are not sorting through piles of papers creating MORE to "undo".) 2) Think of it like veering on or off the free-way, like merging. You have to ease on/off. You're not just gonna dart across 5 lanes as if it's a free for all bumper cars game. LOL Lose 80lbs, go from greasy food to vegan, have a bazillion dollars and your dream life overnight. You gotta prep and condition yourself or you're hair will fall FLAT! a) Start w/ 3 workouts a week. Pick one you vibe w/ and if you are not sure WHERE to start here you go: http://goo.gl/UHlD3Z You're Welcome. b) Next, "phase" out 1 food item you know MUST go and swap it for a healthier option. You have to degrease your palette from the layer process foods and sugar leaves. Then another and so on.. c) Lastly, you gotta face the flubs and get fo REAL realz w/ yourself. Pull the bandaid off.
