How to go from eating like sh*t to eating clean and never wanting to go back..

Pretty simple dimple beautiful peeps! You do a SWAP! Yesss a swap! My fav.. take something you LOVE to eat and swap healthier ingredients. I realized its not the eating healthy food that is hard for people. Its the PALETTE / TASTE BUDS adjustment that is hard. I mean who wants to

go from mac n gooey cheese and sugary ketchup to chicken rice and broccoli!?!? But once you

do and make that change. The thought of mac and cheese and ketchup is quite nausiating. Lol

How to make the change... start off with little changes...: (I was gonna list all the swaps I used then realized upon editing that be like a lot so in 1:1's or Q&A's I can answer as we go) When one you get used to those and eat the old stuff you will be yucked out! Then keep going more and more.

REMEMBER what you eat your body craves. Eat a salad a day your body will crave and help you

reach your goal. Eat like cr*p and that's what you will crave. It generally takes longer at the start but as you go through each little incremental phase it gets easier.. Close your eye. Picture two tall clear tubes. The left one is full of suger the right one is empty. Is ALL the sugar in a finger snap just going to transfer over to the next tube? NO! You have to pour it in slowly... That's the same way the phasing of going to cleaner eating is. You gotta takes steps to the neutral zone

before you can get to the end zone. 1 in 1 out! Lol

Then you'll get sick of treat days cause you'll feel so gross and bloated and it's the mind that

tells you to eat it but the body is like I am so OVER you, chinese food and grease we are OVER!
