How to "Schedule" Workouts

So this is a Question I got a lot of and saw people "struggling" to "actually" "Work" Out" due their mind and ego and e-motion and newness of the task. Getting in the way..

Do not over think! As #Nike says.. #JustDoIt

Scheduling a workout is a non thinking task.

It falls under more the "common sense" user.

Most people say.. workout daily.

Sure!

That may work for accountability. Routine. Structure. Faster to your goal. If your schedule allows for it. Sure.

*Note: The truth is daily workouts are only a 3D thing. As your body ascends and reaches its physical goal. It processes higher faster lighter aka burning off more calories w/ high energy.

But, for most who may not be there. This is what I always recommend and what worked for me. To keep the sweat for the workout and not the scheduling.

It's simple!

Get a certain amount of workouts in that week.

Ta-da!!!

That's so.. So write your workouts out for each. Rest n stretch included. Then if life comes up and you don't that workout in. You have a flex day or 2 to fit it in.

It's so much easier this way I found especially when you are rising up and allowing your soul and God and Spirituality and life to really flow.

That's why I LOVED!

BOD (beachbody on demand)

You workout morning noon night mid day late night haha indoor outdoor. And got your alotted workouts in for the week. That's being accountable to yourself. The only one who has to live in your vessel body. So you gotta make it work!

That's my Fit #Tip for you to keep the head OUT of the way and your workouts IN!
