Fit Hair #Tips

Hair! My fav topic... Haha I love having long healthy natural hair. It's me! To a T! Ha!

People would always ask how did you get your hair so nice and naturally long.

Well, in MY World, the answer is alway.. LOVE.

Actually the back this up to the "funny" "story" "part" And the difference between sober fit healthy fun people vs non sober in "da club" "people. And by " people" I mean the "ladies washroom"! HA! buff said. Post complete. LOL LOL LOL

Most often Q I'd get " out in the club ladies washroom" was.. "where did you get your hair extensions." I'd be l*ing" which I don't do. If I didn't say.. on numerous occasions it took all the tequila in me not say.. "B please! Say wha!?! the fosheezies? This is 100% au natural the only way to go in my world." And go off on a tangent. Then my "heart" reminded me that they were asking cause they don't know what it's like have natural ways. Hahaha Oh thank you heart for keeping my mouth kind.

I didn't ever use fancy products or shampoos till now I use more natural based. But this is the low-down. Head and shoulders in the spring 2 times cause the season change is so dry. That helps with any "shedding" haha. Pantene all in 1 a couple times a week. Tresemme for like 5 years after a herbal essense stint. Did a Nexus rejuvenating youthful one. Hair looked and feeled 20 again. Haha. Now into the Coconut Shampoo. It's gloriousness!

Long hair people are finicky. Particular in fact as they know the know love and TLC that goes in to keeping long hair. So they to need to be honored. Finding a hair dresser that appreciates that's and honors that

is sorta like finding someone who appreciates any rareness. It takes time. Even when only you can feel the massive weight change compared to the little pieces of hair people see cut on the floor. Haha They totally get that and appreciate at it. When they aren't sure how much to trim or how they how ask you and check in. That's what makes an amazing hair stylist.

So here's a lil Love for those who "listen" to their #longhair clients. :)

1) Use a pick or comb w/ wide comb placement on wet hair.
