Body Talk! Coach #Tip

Something that is SUPER important in life, in a relationship w/ your body, your vessel your human form aka your living quarters. As well, as in any sort of sports, fitness, or even weight loss is talking w/ your body. Notice how I say "w/" and not "to". No different than the difference between talking "w/" someone or "to/at" someone. Very different. So what do I mean, exactly.. Here are some examples that have worked for me. Especially, in gymnastic training and coaching, any recovery healing and or over coming obstacles, learning and achieving new moves, lifting heavier weights, better flexibility. And the list goes on..

Your body is a "living" "entity" "organism" it to has feelings, needs, wants, communicates and needs you to not only "hear it" but "LISTEN" to it. Which mean apply the action step task necessary.
1) Learning a new move: In any sport, yoga, weight training or physical activity. It's important to have a conversation w/ your body. Eg. You got this.. just this much more, or body body tell me what you need and listen. Or body body what can I do to make this simpler for you.
Yes, at the start you may hear silence or wonky-ta-bonky- stuff but the MORE you listen the more you will build and nurture and grow that relationship w/ it. Same goes for you. You want people to listen. You want your body to cooperate and listen. It works BOTH ways!
2) I love you body I'm doing this for you so can be healthy and strong.. And once you do this much more you will get fresh water, shakeology and healthy foods! - Now that's called self motivation. Then watch and see the burst you get on those last few reps, or steps. Ha Ha! Often times its not that your body "can't" do something. It's simply that you have to override an "outdated" template that no longer serves you or your goal. Be it genetics, DNA, mental habitual, or energetic.
This is what I call "self-motivation" or to someone "parenting" your body. Not a fan of the "P" word but that's for another topic. Hahahaha
3) Praise ONLY goes to God but acknowledgment is important. Body body thank you for hustlin and workin it today or body body thank you for cooperating. You feel more healthy fit and stronger already. Your body needs to know.
The intricate trickery here is "once that relationship is built. You will just "do it" based on vibe and feeling and flow. And you will just "know" what your body wants needs and what to-do. In other words how to "care for it". And the verbal or mind chat w/ be more of a collaborative flow.
Ask any pro athlete or anyone who is super "in tune and attuned to their body as an instrument". They know. This is also beneficial in knowing what it needs for health purposes.
Which brings me to example 4.
4) Health - If you get sick from doing something your body doesn't like or its showing you an unpleasant reaction to a "cause" ie. grease food, refined sugar, chemicals, environment, substances etc. STOP USING THEM And STOP Complaining and Self-inflicting! Haha Don't get mad at your body cause your choices are not "listening"! Lol That's on you! Forgive yourself and move forward. #Truth
BONUS: Tip When you start to care for your body and love it like its own being. W/ Tender Loving Care. Your body can and will instantly cooperate.
This also, includes clearing your energy which is a huge reflection of your bodies outter appearance and inner functionality. Eg. Clearing energy tools, eating high vibe foods to aid in energy rebalancing, high vibe happy feeling activities aid in energy rebalancing. Notice how no where in here is "pills" "chemicals or other chemical supplements"!? Those are low vibe and often have longer term negative "rabbit hole" effects.
We are not here for the instant result. We are hear for the foundational growth and development for long term living! At least I am. :) Cause the #truth is.. "Yolo" doesn't exist. Do it right otherwise you will keep having to come back lifetime after lifetime repeating the same thing w/ more intensity over and over.
