Never Miss A Monday Workout T-ISDOM..

There is SO many reason as to the importance of getting your Monday workout in. However, I'd like to take it step further and go beyoooond the norm reasons and 'cliche' sayings.. (God bless them but they drive me bananas and are such time wasters as they don't tell you the WHOLE back story) ..and really get down to it. If you are like me and honor your time and want more of it. Then you already know wasting it is the least helpful thing to do. Agreed?‎

Aside from setting the tone to your week. These 'phrases' and 'cliche' sayings are all fine and dandy till you hit a energy roadblock. What is that? It's everything else around you you don't see or know of, unless, you heighten your clairvoyance, esp, psychic abilities, intuition, read energy or expand spirituality. (Same umbrella) ‎

So to cover on all bases and all levels. There's a couple simple tools you can fling outta nowhere like a bad mamajama! After all YOU are the boss of your life. Your goal. Your health. No one else.‎ And if you do miss a Monday... Have a work around in place. Eg. Do it on Sunday so you're back at it on Tuesday. Even if you have to drag yourself threw it. Do that! Chances are you are dragging some old heavy energy baggage that is wearing your down. So you can use a clearing tool like, saying..‎

*Everything weighing me down from working out right now delete clear transmute

OR‎

*If anyone is interfering w/ my free-will to workout right now - STAND DOWN! (to be clear, YES, I am advising you to yell firmly at the air) Lol‎

OR‎

*In your mind you can tell your ego to - SIT DOWN, you are the boss and you are going to workout and you no longer needs its advice. ‎You will ask it if and when it is needed. ‎

Pick 1 or do all 3 to see which you get better results w/ then go!‎ This is QUICK zap and foot on the Gas!

(This covers what I call the triangle theory. I'd like to say it's 'my triangle theory' as I came up w/ it threw channeled learning and my own yearsssss of experience. But let's just say it comes from wisdom 'light years' away.. ;) Lol #ETNoPhoneHome) Haha ‎

You will notice a shift and that's your window. Make note which was your biggest relief and put it in your back pocket for if a next time comes around - then GO!‎

There is no need to drag the luggage around w/ you. Lol ‎You don't need pills, to talk, or sugar drinks. You just need to pluck the root out. Also, even if you do feel body draggy still push through as it's like undoing old and redoing new. You can't walk on a patch of carpet 100x and expect 1 vacuum suck to fluff it up it new again. Lol Each time gets much easier! ‎

So what did we learn:

1) Always get it done especially on Mondays

2) Have a back up plan eg. Sunday/Tuesday

3) Trina may or may not be from another planet

4) Take ‎control; it's your life, your body, your goal

5) Apply tools ALWAYS‎

6) Get it done aka less thinking more feeling/doing ‎

7) Humor is important (not including sarcasm)‎

8) ‎Honoring your time gets you more of it‎

9) No excuses w/ a free workout plan

10) GO!!!!!!!!‎
