This 3 part 1:1 is offered in (twitter dm, fb pm, skype chat or email) Trina likes to have a simple chat w/ the person and get to work. The less info the better to start. As it's all signalled from your higher self. Here is the breakdown:

15 mins: prep/chat to connect and ask a few basics questions.
15mins: for healing. Trina will let you know around the time it will be sent by. (This is done all on the energy plane as Trina sees the response, receptivity and absorbtion of the person while working with their higher-self. It works best when the person carries on w/ life as normal. This allows it to flow in more organically)
30mins: once the signal is recieved that it's been integrated. Then the follow up can happen w/ a Q & A, a reading & any messages. Clairty of what happened or sharing what was experienced to gain concious understanding, adding additional peace and rel"ease".
