I see these often in the reflections of employee to a business owner who may not have a Team they feel they can count on. This is always a reflection of them. One they do not want to face till they "have" too. I too learned the lengthy work and see how important it is.

Given that the word "business" and "practice" of it come strongly rooted in and from ego left brain. It makes sense it comes w/ a lot of negative karmic energies and behaviors generationally to "play" that "game" . But it doesn't have to.

If you are an individual or a corporation. What you NEED to know is what is actually going on behind the scenes. Banks for example. "most" not all "greed" that's why they are being dissolved. And people are sick and tired of dealing w/ them and their schinangans. You can still do business, service ethically and benefit. They employ people then pass down training w/ such awful karma it affects the individual employee. And worse, keeps them from God's plan. Yes! It does. If you are taking home a pay check serving the "D" vs God in an unethical practice you better do something about it. This is about breaking cycles and implementing new ones for future generations to come and you as well.

Stop walking on coals and walk on luscious green grass. Most people who "think" they "fail" or "failed" in 'the "game" of "business" cause they gave up. Didn't actually do either of those. They simply just have a lot of generational karmic grossness to energetically attend to and soul curate. I see it all the time. How do I know. Cause I had a lot of generational garbage to clear. I'm more than capable of living my most amazing life and so are you. ETHICALLY from high positive good love vibes. But you gotta do the work. And the work isn't about the actually "work work" tasks. Its this.. Then everything will flow smoother w/ ease.

Some call it repenting which in truth it is a form of that. I can't tell you how many times people discredited or discounted me cause I wasn't making "them" "money" "instantly. Um yo! dude or dudette I'm not here to make you money. I'm here to serve help and be compensated and if that so means you get a cut then cool. EARN that w/ support! Your not entitled to it. Lol Those people may have built multi million dollar businesses and have no respect from the their peers etc or have had major karmic business crashes. You gotta build from love. I hope this helps in deciding how important it is to know you can do it! And you must do the correct work first.

This is where the determination and choices of "good" or "not so" business ethic and "g.r.e.e.d" comes in. G.r.e.e.d. Has nothing to do w/ how much you have it has everything to do how you acquire or "get it" .

And on my "entrepreneurial" excursion. God showed me very precisely the miss information that is being spread quickly and not aligned w/ abundance from love and + but instead g.r.e.e.d selfishness and money.

And the longer you wait the sh*ttier it is to clear. <-- #TRUTH

Two totally opposite sides of the spectrum. One flows w/ ease the other requires shady marketing schemes and tactics. Which are never the way for long term wealth and prosperity. As the Universe is like attract likes. If you build a business on the lower end of the spectrum the no matter how big or small. The Law of Cause and Effect will always be present till you soul curate and rise above.

The #1 area I see and my specialty is process and procedure. These are day-in and day-out functionalities of one's business and training to employees. If you are miss training from a "-" aspect or standpoint. You are not only building up a 10 fold back to you by a 100 fold back negatively for misinforming someone to make you money and you must be fully responsible than they to must have that same experience returned to them.

So you see.. when you apply from a "+" place of Love ethics you are sure to have bountiful results! YES! Even if takes 100 steps more. There is never any positive gain in taking short cuts. But always consequences.

The cool thing is everything can be fixed w/ love.
